Surface partial discharge caused by wire aging near the insulator binding line

During daily inspections, an acoustic imager was used to detect discharge at the binding wire near the C-phase porcelain bottle at the upper part of the F22 Taiyi G01 switch of the 10kV XXX line in the 110kV XX substation. A clear discharge signal was detected on site. The positioning point and discharge position are shown above, and the maximum amplitude of ultrasound is measured to be 51.41dB. After careful observation with a high-definition camera, it was found that there are obvious white discharge marks caused by partial discharge around the binding wire of the C-phase porcelain bottle. The discharge may be due to the equipment running for a long time, and the aging of the insulation around the binding wire caused a decrease in the insulation performance of the connection, resulting in discharge.
