State Grid XXX Power Supply Company

In daily inspections, an infrared acoustic two in one imaging instrument was used to detect abnormal sound source points at the porcelain bottle next to the C-phase drop type fuse above the 10kV transformer, and obvious discharge signals were detected on site. The positioning point and discharge position are shown above, and the maximum ultrasonic amplitude measured is 36.95dB. After careful observation with a high-definition camera, it was found that the C-phase porcelain bottle was significantly damaged (there were obvious cracks on the porcelain bottle itself). At the same time, infrared imaging mode was used to detect, and the porcelain bottle was also accompanied by obvious heating. Currently, continuous tracking of this point is being carried out, and maintenance is planned for the next planned power outage.
